This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

This role is a critical role within the Global Logistics & Spares Supply Chain Sourcing (GLSS) organization, primarily responsible for the management and governance of Service Parts, Electronic Commodities Pricing and to some extent Logistics modes pricing across a Global Supply Chain network. The analyst will manage pricing validations, cost impact assessments, inventory valuation activities, supplier pricing changes, Customer Back Order and metrics reporting to ensure compliance with financial policies, cost integrity and operational excellence.
In addition to pricing ownership, this individual will play a key role in supporting HPE’s strategic transformation initiatives, including automation, Process governance, analytics enablement and AI-driven solutions.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

Spares commodity Services Pricing

• Manage end-to-end pricing governance for service parts and spare commodities
• Execute pricing reviews, validations, and approval processes for new product introductions and existing portfolio updates.
• Perform pricing impact assessments, PPV analysis, and profitability evaluations.
• Analyze supplier cost changes and recommend pricing actions based on business and financial impacts.
• Support inventory valuation activities and pricing-related financial reviews.
• Ensure Pricing accuracy and integrity across ERP, planning, and operational systems.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and implement preventive actions through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Planning, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to align pricing strategies.

Transformation and Continuous Improvements

• Support logistics transformation programs, pricing automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects across logistics and Spares.
• Collaborate with sourcing, finance, operations, and technology teams to improve pricing processes and business metrics.
• Participate in process redesign, standardization, automation, and AI-driven transformation projects.
• Contribute to development of future-state pricing and rate management capabilities.

Other Analytics & Financial Controls

• Develop pricing and rate management dashboards using Excel and /or other analytics tools.
• Perform spend analysis and identify cost leakage risks and optimization opportunities.
• Own customer backorder (BO) reporting, data analysis, and operational performance visibility.
• Track and report key business KPIs and pricing performance metrics.

What You Need to Bring

Expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Service Parts or Spares Pricing
• Product Costing
• Strategic Sourcing
• Commodity management
• Procurement / Strategic Sourcing

Experience Level: 5- 7 years, preferably with backgrounds from High Tech, Electronics Manufacturing, IT Hardware, Procurement Analytics or Commodity Management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Statistics or related field or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred

An ideal Candidate should be comfortable analyzing complex pricing structures, managing large datasets, navigate between system workflows supporting implementations, and driving process efficiencies within a global supply chain environment.
