The Global Account Leader is responsible for leading Analog Devices’ (ADI) global account strategy and driving sales execution for a leading North American Automotive OEM. The Global Account Leader will drive strategic alignment between ADI’s Automotive Business Unit and the customer’s long-term business and technology objectives, influencing E/E architecture decisions and enabling sustainable revenue growth.

This role requires the development of senior executive relationships to foster strong collaboration and ensure alignment with ADI’s strategic priorities at the highest levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related technical discipline; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-evolving automotive and semiconductor technology environment
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, account management, product marketing, or related customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of results
  • Proven expertise in semiconductor sales processes, including early-stage customer engagement and design-in strategy
  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to constructively challenge and drive alignment
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities across matrixed organizations
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to leverage cross-functional expertise to achieve business objectives

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $226,044 to $310,811.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
