  • Support the development of brand marketing strategy for assigned campaigns, including positioning, campaign platforms, and creative briefs grounded in clinical claims substantiation and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with Creative, Social, Copy, and Influence teams to help build full-funnel campaign elements (paid, earned, owned) that flex across DTC, Amazon, and prestige retail partners (e.g., Sephora).
  • Maintain go-to-market toolkits, marketing SharePoint content, launch tiering, and brief templates that keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving at pace.
  • Manage launch timelines across phased global rollouts, coordinating dependencies across Creative, Retail, Media, and regional brand teams.
  • Maintain RACI matrices across launch workstreams to help keep ownership clear and delivery on track.
  • Flag timeline risks early and help identify mitigation options in partnership with your manager.
  • Support marketing budget allocations that tie investment to expected volume, share, and ROI outcomes.
  • Manage early read and post launch performance reporting across DTC, Amazon, and Sephora, helping synthesize data into clear updates for leadership.
  • Partner with Finance and cross-functional analytics partners to track campaign spend against budget and flag variances.
  • Contribute to a measurement framework that connects marketing activity to business results.
  • Coordinate between brand strategy and regional execution teams across North America, EU, APAC, and ANZ, helping adapt campaigns to local market needs.

How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:

At Paula's Choice, we believe that great brands are built through strong storytelling, clear strategy, and disciplined execution. As Global Brand Manager, you'll help bring marketing strategy to life for key campaigns within our portfolio. Supporting campaign architecture, launch execution, and post-launch performance reporting. This role partners closely across Creative, Social, Influence, Copy, and regional teams, and gives you the chance to build both your strategic and financial skill set while working alongside more senior marketers.

Marketing budget management and performance reporting are a core part of this role. You'll help manage marketing spend across campaigns, track budget against actuals, and make sure spend stays aligned with ROI expectations. You'll also support the reporting cadence that shows leadership how campaigns are performing, helping turn campaign and launch data into clear, useful updates.

As a Global Brand Manager, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

The Details:

  • Location: Seattle, WA Headquarters (hybrid/onsite) 
  • Reports to: Senior Director of NA Integrated Campaigns and Global Retail Marketing 
  • Hours: Full-Time; typical business hours with some flexibility required for global time zone coordination
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to handle long periods of screen time & sitting
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional domestic and international travel for launch events, retail partner meetings, and regional team collaboration

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:

$105,000 - $115,000 USD/annually

We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.

For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
