When clients seek to raise capital in the private markets to support their next phase of growth, Alternative Capital Solutions provides innovative structuring, market insight, and execution expertise. Sitting within Global Capital Markets, the team focuses on privately placed equity and equity-linked capital raises, including growth capital, structured equity transactions, and PIPE financings, working closely with industry bankers, equity sales & trading, private wealth management, and other product partners to deliver integrated solutions for the world’s leading private and public companies.

Alternative Capital Solutions advises clients on complex capital structure and financing ambitions, combining market judgment and transaction execution to meet strategic objectives across market cycles.

Our New York City office is looking for an Analyst or Associate to join the Alternative Capital Solutions team.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $125,000 per year for Analyst, and between $150,000 and $225,000 per year for Associate, at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
