Location: Brussels Region, Brussels Engagement: Freelance (hourly rate available €) Contract duration: Possible June 2026 - June 2028 duration We are supporting a leading biopharmaceutical client as they prepare a major transformation of their global CRM landscape. The CRM platform is a critical, enterprise-wide system used by field-based teams worldwide to manage stakeholder engagement, orchestrate information flows, and capture insights. It serves as a single source of truth for engagement data, enabling strategic execution, analytics, and long-term asset success. As Global CRM Programme Lead, you will co-lead this multi-year global transformation alongside senior business and IT stakeholders. You will set the programme ambition, define and execute the roadmap, lead vendor selection, drive platform design, and ensure a successful global rollout. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and proven experience delivering complex global programmes. Key Responsibilities:
