  • Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions to support transformation programmes and workplace improvement initiatives.
  • Support financial oversight of a global FM spend exceeding, ensuring strong forecasting, investment planning and cost control.
  • Leverage data, technology and performance insights to enhance asset reliability, customer experience and sustainability outcomes.

At Johnson Matthey, your work will matter. As a Global Facilities Manager, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history. Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.

The role:

  • Develop and deliver Johnson Matthey’s global Facilities Management strategy, aligning services with business priorities across an international portfolio.
