“I can succeed as a Global Finance Manager in Strategic Analysis at Capital Group.”

As a member of the Strategic Analysis team at Capital Group (CG), you will bring a strategic and financial lens to business challenges and enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.  You will lead high impact projects, deliver insightful financial analysis and strategic direction, and will develop sophisticated financial models to address complex business challenges.  Projects may include global strategic investment evaluations and business cases, global compensation analytics, product economics, channel assessments, cost studies, location and workforce planning strategies, pricing analyses, go-to-market assessments, etc. The Manager will be responsible for the following:

Deliver high-impact Enterprise-level Global Strategic Finance projects

  • Projects span various cross-functional teams across CG’s three functional areas – Client Group, Investment Group and Operating Group.

Collaborate across Global Finance Teams

  • Foster close working relationships across Global Finance. Geographically across Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, Geneva, and San Antonio; functionally across – Treasury, Hub, Divisional Finance, Accounting, Others.

Partner closely with select key partners across Capital Group

  • Notably, Global Compensation team on long-term compensation analytics and design, Global Product on product pipeline, seed investment portfolio and business cases, Others (project based).

Develop next-gen associates

  • Champion development of early-career associates to grow them into the next generation of Global Finance managers.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
