Global IT Analyst for CRM Ecosystem

Overview

 

Inside the Global Application and Processes Department for MMKT, BD, Distribution & HR this position reports to the Global delivery manager and is focused on Projects management and operations for Marketing solutions.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital transformation solutions, following cutting edge standards and technologies;
• Drive innovation and digital efficiency by integrating AI tools and technologies into project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and operations.
• Optimisation and automation of business processes and the application landscape;
• Support existing business applications within the scope of application lifecycle management in coordination with the Business Solution Design team.
• Promoting and encouraging the Innovations;

 

Project Management:

• Full lifecycle management of business solution projects;
• Supervise RFI/RFP processes and tender documentation;
• Architect and optimize application landscapes with stakeholders;
• Manage solution roll-outs to end users.

 

Innovation:

• Scout software and technologies to update ICT competencies;
• AI Integration & Strategy: Implement AI solutions to optimize project management, SDLC, and operational efficiency.

 

Application Maintenance: Oversee ICT service quality, SOP compliance, and system integration, including:

• SLA-based incident and ticket management;
• User lifecycle management (creation to closure);
• Functional and data change service requests;
• Availability monitoring and tool maintenance.

• Maintain CMDB data for software solutions;

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
• English language: Intermediate level

 

Professional experience:

• 3+  years relevant professional experience in a comparable position with focus on project management activities in an international company with a complex structure or in a consulting company

 

Additional knowledge:

• Project management fundamentals
• Proven experience with AI tools and technologies
• Software development lifecycle (UR analysis, Development, testing, deploy)
• Experience on  Database and SQL 
• Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce
• Nice to have: Agile development methodology
• Nice to have: Data/processes integration between applications

 

The selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 40.000,00 and Eur 45.000,00, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
