- Manage and drive the FHCS IT security and enhance global cyber security posture to the next level
- Evaluate emerging Technologies together with our security operation center to drive our cyber security resilient forward.
- Engage and consult with Key stakeholders in our multi-international team and your peers in Freudenberg Group
- Consult on IT security and compliance initiatives, ensuring risk mitigation and optimization across FHCS operations.
- Monitor and analyze key security and compliance KPIs to ensure ongoing adherence to internal and external standards.
- Define, document, and improve incident response policies, workflows, and playbooks to ensure standardized, effective, and compliant handling in line with regulatory and business needs.

Become an integral part of our team, reporting to the Global IT Director who leads IT Security initiatives. In this specialist role, you’ll share responsibility with your colleagues for implementing and upholding essential security measures across our organization.
Lead with purpose: together with our team you manage and drive the FHCS IT security and enhance global cyber security posture to the next level
