What you'll do

  • Develop and deliver a global learning and capability-building strategy aligned with business priorities and our people strategy.
  • Run learning needs analyses and identify capability gaps across functions, regions and talent groups.
  • Build capability frameworks and learning roadmaps that support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Translate business requirements into practical, sustainable learning solutions.
  • Design, develop and continuously improve learning solutions for classroom, virtual, hybrid and digital formats.
  • Create facilitator guides, participant materials, toolkits, assessments, videos, e-learning modules and blended programs.
  • Apply modern instructional design methods and adult learning principles to keep learning engaging and effective.
  • Keep content scalable, learner-centered and globally relevant, while allowing for local adaptation.
  • Design and manage global talent and leadership development programs, including offers for emerging leaders, high potentials and critical talent groups.
  • Build career development pathways and learning journeys that support career growth and internal mobility.
  • Partner with stakeholders on succession-related development and targeted capability building.
  • Support onboarding, upskilling and reskilling as part of an integrated talent approach.

  • Experience designing and delivering global learning and talent programs in a multinational organization.
  • A track record of building learning solutions across classroom, virtual, hybrid and digital channels.
  • Experience designing leadership development or talent acceleration programs.
  • Experience building learning journeys, development pathways or career frameworks.
  • Experience working with a learning management system.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methods, for example ADDIE, SAM, design thinking or learning experience design, and a solid grounding in adult learning theory.
  • A degree in HR, organizational psychology, education, learning sciences, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and a global, intercultural mindset.
  • The ability to balance strategic work with hands-on execution.

Nice to have

  • Certification in instructional design, learning experience design, adult learning, facilitation, coaching or leadership development.
  • Familiarity with learning analytics and evaluation frameworks such as Kirkpatrick.
  • Experience with AI-enabled learning solutions and adaptive learning platforms.
  • Experience developing large-scale global leadership academies or enterprise reskilling initiatives.
  • Knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning or change management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with skills-based talent management and career architecture frameworks.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.

Learning technology and measurement

  • Work with our HRIS and technology teams to make the most of our learning management system and other learning technologies.
  • Manage learning content deployment, learner experience, reporting and analytics.
  • Measure learning effectiveness through data, feedback and business impact, and act on what you find.
  • Track external trends and emerging technologies to keep our learning ecosystem current.
