More about the role

We’re looking for an intern supporting our Global Marketing Excellence & Capability building program and its communications.

As a Marketing Excellence & Capability building intern, you’ll be responsible for supporting our marketing Excellence initiatives as well as the efforts on our Marketing Capability building training program and its communication.

You’ll be part of the Signify Global Commericial & Marketing Excellence team and its responsibilities are enablement of the digital capabilities across the globe, so aspiration for digital & communications must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do

• Support Marketing Excellence initiatives in the domain of planning, process updates, ROI and communications inside Signify;
• Support Marketing Capability building program
• Prepare communication materials (i.e. newsletters, webcasts content, reports, presentations, etc.) and support the execution of communication plan driving digital transformation at Signify and evangelizing digital marketing for various target audiences;
• Actively engage with marketing stakeholders in different parts of the organization to jointly prepare and execute ongoing communications programs;
• Support the team leads to update and drive communications.

Your qualifications

• Studying towards your Bachelor/Master in the field of Marketing (or Communications)
• Fluent in English
• Results-oriented, proactive
• Strong collaborator & communicator
• Project Management skills
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications (Office, SharePoint, Viva Engage, etc), Canva and project management tools
• Able to create visually appealing communication material

Notes 

• EU students: To be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time. 

• Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
