What you'll do
- Support the creation of global mobility policies, procedures, and guidelines that are compliant with global regulations.
- Conduct trainings for managers and internal stakeholders on global mobility policies and processes.
- Manage and administrate the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments & cross border recruitment, including relocation, immigration, tax, and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in collaboration with external legal counsel or immigration specialists for globally mobile talent.
- Coordinate and manage work permit and visa applications for international assignments, including supporting documentation and compliance checks.
- Partner with all internal business partner stakeholders including Global People and Culture, Global Talent Acquisition, Global Rewards, Global Finance, Global Legal & Compliance, and Global Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of international assignments, including compensation and benefits.
- Research and establish relationships with top tier services providers.
- Partner with the external vendors and services providers, such as tax, immigration, and relocation service providers to ensure they provide a seamless and high touch experience with our employees.
- Conduct assignment and transfer briefings for employees and new-hire candidates and prepare supporting documentation, i.e. Letter of Assignment, etc.
- Provide guidance and support for repatriation processes and career development for employees returning from international assignments.
- Collaborate with FUJIFILM entities as necessary for Service Agreements ensuring compliance requirements are met, legal and financial agreements are in place, and employee data is accurate.

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to help shape and execute our immigration strategy and global mobility programs. Partnering with our Director, Global Mobility and external advisers, you’ll be the first point of contact for international assignments, cross-border recruitment, and relocations worldwide—ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience.
You’ll collaborate with external partners, counsel business and People & Culture stakeholders on immigration and tax compliance, and support employees through international assignments and relocations. You’ll also provide administrative support to our Total Rewards Centre of Excellence to keep programs running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities and Activities:

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of working experience with global mobility, ideally in a corporate People & Culture department.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for global relocation packages for all job levels of a global organization.
- Experience of working with global relocation vendors and supporting the selection of new vendors.
- Experience of working with policies and procedures for global short- and long-term assignments including expat and repatriation.
- Experience of setting up systems with strong organisation and administrative skills.
- Up to 10% travel is required.

This is a global position that can be based either in Denmark or UK. Benefits and compensation will be governed by the location that you are based at and considered your home site.
