Global Product Line Manager REJ (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and commercialize REJ growth globally for REJ, according to the SSS Strategy
• Drive and manage strategic initiatives supporting the growth and global positioning of the Rubber Expansion joint product line. Work across SSS to drive implementation/ execution of growth initiatives
• Support the Sales teams with competitor analysis, product positioning, key markets analysis and support tools, to execute product line strategies, support building up supply chain (especially in the beginning).
• Identify and analyze global customer leads and opportunities for REJ (Rubber Expansion joints) - Global push via CRM system (C4C) used across SSS
• Analyze and monitor REJ product group performance globally, e.g. product mix, portfolio analysis, lifecycle mgmt. etc.
• Manage implementation of growth initiatives and projects, incl. and commercialization, support building up supply chain (especially in the beginning).
• Develop and drive product group training materials and training sessions
• Initiate and support product development and R&D initiatives to enable growth and strengthen our Value Proposition for the REJ product line

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Ideally 3 years of experience with outdoor Sales and service.
• Ideally 3 years of expansion joint experience.
• Ideally knowledge of various types of Expansion Joints, Packing and Gaskets
• Ideally knowledge of product related inspection and service execution.
• Ideal candidate has specific REJ experience from global sales/ sales engineer position, handling products and service offerings to customers in e.g. Water, Power or Refinery industries
• Ideal candidate has worked with the industries and has a global network to support sales to develop the business fast.
• Ideal candidate has several years of global, or minimum international business experience
