Our client, a leading global specialty chemicals company, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist its executives in hiring a sophisticated attorney to serve as Global Securities Counsel. This attorney will serve a critical role in supporting the company and its global parent with various legal issues, primarily focusing on securities law matters.
