What you'll do
- Support the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data business team within Accenture Technology by conducting assessments of new service and product offerings, and offering general product counsel support as the business prepares offerings to go to market.
- Develop subject-matter expertise in AI & Data and act as point of contact, together with other members of the team, for the business and assets teams
- Collaborate with other teams within GSL and across legal, including colleagues in Resale, Strategic Partnering, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Contracting teams
- Support the Contracting team as product counsel and subject matter expert regarding playbooks, templates and occasional deal support.
- Support Accenture’s Ventures & Acquisitions legal and business teams in evaluation of prospective acquisition AI & Data targets.
- Assist the team with legal research.
- Support the development, review maintenance and improvement of processes, tools and efficiency initiatives across the team, which may include producing PowerPoint decks, workplans, and guidance materials.
- Maintain awareness of emerging legal and regulatory trends related to technology, including LLMs, generative and agentic AI
