Global Site Identification and Feasibility specialist

As a Senior Feasibility Specialist at ICON, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing the feasibility of clinical trials, ensuring they are well-planned and positioned for success.

What You Will Do:

You will lead on clinical research tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with clinical study teams to ensure the accuracy of data in CTMS

  • Provide support, under the direction of the Global Site Identification and Feasibility Manager or Senior Global Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist, to clinical systems end users, including receipt, evaluation and recommendation for all issue/enhancement requests.

  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify potential sites that meet the study criteria and objectives

  • Assist with feasibility launch to include system set-up, feasibility questionnaire creation and site-level feasibility questionnaire outreach.

  • Effectively communicating with study teams and relevant stakeholders as needed to coordinate and support additional feasibility activities as identified by the Global Site Identification and Feasibility Manager or Senior Global Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist

  • Tracking and data entry of feasibility responses and reporting responses to the internal stakeholders.

  • Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies that arise in the feasibility process (in-house and/or outsourced studies)

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in clinical research, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field

  • Extensive experience in clinical trial feasibility assessments, with a deep understanding of clinical research processes and site management.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in handling multiple feasibility projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software relevant to feasibility assessments and clinical research.

  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15%)
