Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communication and coordination with relevant government authorities at different levels.
  • Support the resolution of issues arising from business operations by engaging with regulatory bodies, including but not limited to EHS, environmental protection, investment promotion, and urban management authorities.
  • Represent the company in government‑related discussions and ensure timely, appropriate responses to government inquiries.
  • Work closely with Caterpillar global government affairs team to ensure alignment with global policies, processes, and governance standards.
  • Monitor relevant laws, regulations, and policy developments, and provide support to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Public Administration, International Relations, Diplomacy, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in government affairs, public affairs, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with government stakeholders.
  • Solid compliance mindset with a basic understanding of laws, regulations, and government policies.
  • Strong professional judgment and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
