  • Enhance CAD-related skills to optimize support for the land development team.
  • Assist in providing guidance to other CAD users, depending on experience level.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support projects and team goals.

Are you a skilled CAD professional passionate about shaping land development projects? Join a dynamic team as a Grading Design Specialist, where your expertise in grading, drainage, and civil design will bring construction plans to life.

Position Summary:

As a Grading Design Specialist, you will prepare preliminary and final maps, plans, drawings, exhibits, and digital data files using CAD software. You will contribute to projects of varying complexity, applying your technical knowledge and creativity to optimize site design and earthwork efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
