About us

Looking to kick-start your career in horticulture? We have four exciting Graduate Internship opportunities within our Technical & Quality Team based in Hawke's Bay.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop practical skills that will set you up for success after university. No two days are the same, with a mix of office-based work and time spent out in the orchards learning about fruit production, quality systems, research, and innovation.

The internship is a full-time seasonal opportunity running from November 2026 through to March 2027.

What we're looking for

You don't need previous horticulture experience as full training will be provided. We're looking for enthusiastic people who are keen to learn and get stuck in.

You'll ideally be:

  • Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Plant Science, Food Science, Environmental Science, or a related field

  • Positive, motivated, and eager to learn

  • Comfortable with a mix of indoor and outdoor work

  • Physically capable of working in orchard environments

  • Detail-oriented and organised

  • A strong team player with good communication skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent
