What you'll do
- Participate in a 24-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) to develop technical and commercial competencies.
- Build internal networks and deepen understanding of the industry and service area.
- Work with public and private sector organisations to maximise the value, performance and resilience of real estate portfolios and built assets.
- Support clients in making informed investment, transformation, asset management and operational decisions.
- Deliver Strategic Real Estate Advisory services including evidence-based strategy, business case development, estate optimisation, investment planning and workplace transformation.
- Deliver Technical Real Estate Advisory services across facilities management, operational readiness, asset replacement, FM digital transformation and technical assurance.

Other Requirements
- This role is primarily office-based, and colleagues are expected to work from the office for the majority of the working week.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- For some regional roles, travel to client sites may be required. Where access to client locations is limited by public transport, a full driving licence and access to transport may be beneficial.
- To be considered for roles in the Defence arena, you will need to pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance. This process will begin once you’ve accepted an offer and confirmed your willingness to undergo the checks.
