This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Ireland's leading real estate advisors and gain exposure to a broad range of property disciplines, clients and asset types.

As a Graduate Surveyor, you will work within one of our specialist business lines while benefiting from the experience and expertise of professionals across the wider business. You will receive structured support and mentoring throughout your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), helping you develop the technical, commercial and professional skills required to achieve Chartered Surveyor status through the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Professional Services & Client Delivery

  • Support the delivery of professional surveying services to a diverse range of clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, recommendations and client deliverables.
  • Undertake research, data analysis and market reviews to support business activities.
  • Attend client meetings and assist in developing long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects and assignments across the business.

Property & Market Analysis

  • Gather and analyse property, financial and market information.
  • Assist in the preparation of valuations, inspections, surveys and advisory reports, as applicable to your team.
  • Develop an understanding of market trends, legislation and industry best practice.
  • Support due diligence activities and data management processes.

Commercial & Operational Support

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple service lines.
  • Assist with project administration, budgeting and reporting activities where required.
  • Support business development initiatives and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures.

Learning & Development

  • Participate fully in Cushman & Wakefield's Graduate Development Programme.

Qualifications
