  • Perform final review of completed awards and required reports and make recommendations to the AO.
  • Review financial reports submitted by grant recipients and verify accuracy of financial report; recommend follow-up actions to the AO as applicable.
  • Ensure completeness of grants file and track closeout actions.
  • Monitor the status of the de-obligation of Federal funds.

Responsibilities

OBXtek is seeking several Grant Specialists. The specialist will provide expert guidance on the procedural, legal, and operational requirements for terminating grants, ensuring compliance with USAID and U.S. Government regulations. This is a hybrid, full-time role in the Washington DC area, working closely with Agreement Officers (AOs), legal counsel, technical offices, and partners.

Work on-site 3 days per week

 

Salary range $85,000 to $90,000 annually
