Job Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at 8 Views, you will shape visual narratives that not only captivate but convert. You will partner with the creative and marketing teams to ideate, design, and execute compelling creative assets that drive performance marketing goals and deeply engage target audiences. Your designs will span social media posts, advertisements, branding materials, and other digital and print collateral, all crafted with strategic thought, aesthetic finesse, and a clear focus on measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling ad creatives, social media posts, and branding visuals that deliver on strategic goals.
- Translate marketing briefs into thoughtful, high-performing designs that engage and convert.
- Collaborate with content, strategy, and marketing teams to ideate and execute campaign concepts.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools to create scalable, on-brand assets across channels.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.
- Stay on top of design trends, audience preferences, and platform-specific best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a designer in a creative or advertising agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social media designs, and brand work.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of AI design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to think creatively, take feedback constructively, and execute quickly without compromising quality.
