BRG Communications is an award-winning communications agency focused on health, wellness, and better living. Named PRWeek’s 2026 Outstanding Small Agency of the Year, we help organizations and brands build awareness, trust, and action through strategic, integrated communications.


We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas, information, and strategy into smart, polished visual work. This role supports both client and agency needs across brand development, campaigns and marketing materials.


About the Role

The Graphic Designer will work closely with creative, account, and business development teams in a fast-moving agency environment where strong design judgment, collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly matter.


This position is hybrid and is based in Alexandria, VA. Expected in-office days are Mondays and Wednesdays. Additional in-person days may occasionally be required for quarterly collaboration days and other in-person business activities as needed.

Compensation

The anticipated pay range for this exempt position is 60,000-75,000 annually. This range represents BRG Communications’ good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and internal equity.
