What you'll do

  • Graphic Design: Create compelling designs across a wide variety of print and digital mediums, channels and deliverable types.

Fuse offers a hybrid working environment. Fuse employees are welcome to work remotely 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday) and work in the Winooski, Vermont headquarters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to collaborate with coworkers and clients. At this time, we are only interviewing candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vermont within driving distance of the office.

Job Summary:
The Designer works on client graphic design projects within the Creative Group at Fuse. This role involves collaboration with Fuse project teams and clients to create high-quality visuals and artwork that aligns with our clients’ brand objectives and marketing goals. They are effective in taking direction from stakeholders and translating it to successful creative deliverables. They balance these abilities with the technical skills to work through all project phases, including the final outputting and production mechanical process.  

Fuse specializes in youth marketing and sports culture. This individual has a passion for these industry categories and a desire to push thinking and content strategy in the platforms, brand positioning and target audiences of these areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Additional Responsibilities: Travel occasionally for client meetings and events as needed. Support event setup and execution, which may include light physical activity such as lifting or moving materials. Perform other duties as assigned. 


Job Requirements:

The salary range for this role is $60k-$85k depending on relevant experience, plus a generous benefits package.
