Role - Graphic designer
Department - Marketing
Location - RR Nagar [ Bengaluru ]
Brief
Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and executing visual assets across digital and print media. The incumbent will ensure that all creative output adheres to established brand guidelines and supports the organisation’s strategic marketing objectives. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work within strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Packaging & Print Design
- Develop packaging artworks for new and existing SKUs in accordance with industry standards and legal labelling requirements.
- Design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for general trade and modern trade channels.
- Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure print quality and accuracy of final deliverables.
2. Digital Asset Creation
- Generate static and motion graphics for social media platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Adapt key visuals for various digital formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support the internal communications team with presentation decks and corporate templates.
3. Brand Compliance & Management
- Maintain the organisation’s digital asset library and ensure adherence to proper file management protocols.
- Enforce strict adherence to brand identity guidelines (fonts, colours, logo usage) across all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Operations, Procurement ) to deliver creative solutions that meet business requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate or agency setting, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competencies: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and print production processes. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
