Redwing designs and operates automated drone logistics systems to transform last-mile healthcare supply chains, logistics and drone as a service for Agriculture. Our work lies at the intersection of social impact, healthcare, aviation and agriculture.
About the Job: We are looking for a Full-time Creative Designer to bring fresh ideas, compelling visuals, and a strong design aesthetic to our brand. If you thrive on creativity and love turning concepts into visually engaging designs, we’d love to have you on board!
What will you be doing?
Develop eye-catching designs for digital & print media, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and presentations.
Create short and long form video content for social media, impact presentations and pitches
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
Conceptualize and execute design ideas for branding, campaigns, and product visuals.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our brand fresh and innovative.
Work on UI/UX elements, motion graphics, and video editing (if applicable).
Manage multiple design projects while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Manage social media channels by regularly creating and publishing content
See your fit:
At least 1-2 years of proven experience in graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Canva and equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
Motion graphics and video editing skills.
Likes travelling to project locations to shoot photos and videos for content creation
