[Job Summary]

The Graphic Designer will support the Sales Department by creating marketing and promotional materials for a variety of product categories, including Korean-style kitchenware and household goods, general merchandise, beauty products, small appliances, and character merchandise.

This position will primarily support retail stores by developing creative assets for in-store displays, promotional zones, sales campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotional Design

Design bilingual (Korean/English) marketing and promotional materials, including posters, banners, flyers, product instruction manuals, POP (Point-of-Purchase) displays, and other retail marketing materials.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop design concepts and coordinate printing and production with external vendors.

Develop compelling Korean-language marketing copy that effectively communicates product features, benefits, and selling points, including for new product launches.

2. Private Brand (PB) Packaging Design

Review existing private-brand product packaging and identify opportunities for design updates and improvements.

Develop and execute packaging renewal concepts and design layouts.

Prepare final artwork and coordinate printing/production of packaging materials.

Requirements

Strong graphic design skills with experience creating marketing, advertising, retail, or promotional materials.

Proficiency in both Korean and English, particularly the ability to create and review Korean-language marketing content.

Experience with photography, video production, photo retouching, and/or video editing is preferred.

Strong understanding of visual branding, typography, layout, and print production.
