Graphic Designer - Brand and Retail

About the Role:

At AMINU, salons, clinics, and spas are where our brand is experienced, not just seen.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer - Brand and Retail  who can plan and execute brand communication across our partner spaces—from what a therapist shares with a client to what sits on a reception table.

You’ll work closely with our B2B, Content, and Design teams, as well as the Founders.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and create communication for various salon, clinic, and spa touchpoints—tent cards, brochures, standees, displays, decks, training and sales materials.
• Understand on-ground requirements and decide what needs to be communicated, where, and why.
• Create/ Repurpose designs and layouts using Canva/Photoshop and work with the Design team on larger creatives.
• Work with internal teams, partners, and vendors to take ideas from brief → execution.
• Adapt communication for different spaces and partner requirements.
• Manage feedback, revisions, timelines, and basic print requirements.
• Once in a while visit partner locations when required to understand the space and execution.
• Help maintain a consistent AMINU brand experience across physical touchpoints.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic designing, brand content, marketing, activations.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a MUST. Canva is a plus.
• Someone who enjoys thinking and doing - planning communication and getting involved in execution.
• Good understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Curious, observant, hands-on, and open to feedback.

Good to Have:

• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, salons, clinics, retail, or FMCG.
• Experience with POSM, activations, training materials, or on-ground marketing.
• Basic knowledge of print production, vendors, photography, or content creation.

What We Value:

We’re looking for someone who can think and execute.

Someone who can walk into a salon and ask: "What should the customer see here? What should they understand? What would actually work in this space?"

You don’t need to know everything on Day 1. We value curiosity, observation, ownership, and a willingness to learn.

Other Details:

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai — In-office, with occasional work travel

Compensation: Based on experience and skill
