Shape how people learn and experience transformation

Are you a creative designer who can make complex information simple, visual and engaging? As a Graphic Designer supporting our HR Transformation team in Athens, you will work with consultants, learning specialists and subject-matter experts to create high-quality training, learning and communication materials for international transformation programs.


You will combine graphic design, visual storytelling and digital production skills to help employees understand new HR processes, technologies and ways of working.

What you will do

  • Design clear, engaging and brand-aligned learning materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, infographics, visual explainers and digital learning assets.
  • Transform complex HR, process and technology content into intuitive visual stories that are easy to understand and apply.
  • Create layouts, illustrations, icons, diagrams, templates and reusable design components for learning and change materials.
  • Support the development of e-learning modules, short videos, animations and interactive content in collaboration with learning specialists and HR Transformation consultants.
  • Apply strong information-design principles to improve hierarchy, readability, accessibility and learner engagement across materials.
  • Develop and maintain consistent visual standards, templates and asset libraries across projects while following client and corporate brand guidelines.
  • Prepare production-ready files, manage versions and perform detailed visual quality checks across formats and devices.
  • Contribute creative ideas during project workshops and advise teams on the most effective format for communicating each learning objective or message.
  • Explore responsible uses of AI-enabled design tools to accelerate ideation, content adaptation and visual production while maintaining quality and brand integrity.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, visual storytelling and the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Relevant professional experience in graphic design, learning design, communication design, digital content production or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, together with strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with one or more digital learning or multimedia tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Figma or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, iconography and information design.
  • Ability to design for different formats, including presentations, documents, e-learning, video, social or campaign assets and virtual learning environments.
  • Awareness of accessibility and inclusive-design principles for digital and learning content.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and review cycles.
  • Confidence working with consultants, learning specialists and subject-matter experts in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. An additional European or Middle Eastern language is an advantage.
  • Communication, Multimedia Design or a related discipline.
