What you'll do
- Provide creative support on all elements of product and packaging design across our range pillars, including toys, games, arts, crafts, stationery, and seasonal gifting.
- Work on own label product and packaging design, meticulously following brand guidelines.
- Work effectively and efficiently across the creative team, buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional departments to deliver on all creative projects.
- Provide creative input into key design trends and help to launch cross-category seasonal ranges.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with our Commercial team to meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload, which will include multiple simultaneous projects.
- Improve product and design delivery, from concept through to packaging.
- Ensure designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations.

- Experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.

Become a Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer, you will provide creative support on all elements of product and packaging design across our range pillars, including toys, games, arts, crafts, stationery, and seasonal gifting.
