About the Role: We are looking for a Graphic Design Trainee/Intern with a passion for creativity, design thinking, and storytelling. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–12 months of project or internship experience) who want to learn, explore, and grow into a full-fledged designer. The selected candidate will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create impactful visuals across digital and print formats, gain exposure to UI/UX projects, and explore emerging technologies like AI in design.

This is a learning-driven role where you’ll be mentored by senior designers, gain hands-on project experience, and build a strong foundation for a career in professional design.

·      Assist in creating digital marketing assets – social media posts, banners, presentations, infographics.

·      Support design team in UI/UX projects such as landing pages, web layouts, and wireframes.

·      Work on print design materials – brochures, case studies, reports, and eBooks.

·      Collaborate with senior designers to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.

·      Explore and experiment with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Canva AI, MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway ML).

·      Assist in basic video editing and motion graphics under guidance.

·      Learn and adopt best practices in visual storytelling, design thinking, and usability.

·      Participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and creative ideas.

·      Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

·      Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

·      Strong creative thinking and eagerness to learn design principles.

·      Good attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

·      Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple assignments & Passion for design trends, digital media, and creativity.

·      Exposure to motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva).

·      Experience in college projects, internships, or freelance work.

·      Understanding of branding & typography basics.

·      Awareness of AI design tools for creative experimentation.
