What you'll do
- Design creative content for villas, apartments, high-rise projects and open plots.
- Create social media posts, banners, campaign creatives, brochures and promotional materials.
- Develop creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Design project brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, advertisements and sales collaterals.
- Create campaign creatives for property launches, offers, events and customer engagement activities.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and CRM teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Develop creative concepts based on project positioning, target customers and campaign objectives.
- Maintain consistency with Pranava Group brand guidelines, colours, typography and visual identity.
- Edit and enhance property photographs, project images and marketing visuals.
- Create presentation designs and other internal corporate communication materials.
- Coordinate with external printers, agencies, photographers and other vendors when required.
- Manage multiple design assignments and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.

- Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, construction, advertising or digital marketing.
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating social media, branding and marketing designs.
- Good understanding of premium real estate branding and customer-oriented communication.
- Ability to convert marketing briefs into effective visual creatives.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Basic video editing and motion graphics is an advantage

Job Purpose
To create high-quality, creative and brand-consistent visual communication for Pranava Group’s real estate projects, including villas, high-rise apartments, residential projects and open plots. The role will support digital marketing, sales, branding, social media and project-specific marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
