A Day in the Life

The Strategic Key Accounts team is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with large, complex healthcare organizations and strategic customers. This function partners across commercial, marketing, and business unit teams to align account strategies with customer priorities, identify growth opportunities, and support long-term business partnerships. The role focuses on portfolio growth, market share expansion, strategic account planning, and value-based customer engagement.
This position is based in Gurgaon, India and operates in a remote work environment. The role requires approximately 30% travel to customer sites, internal meetings, and key stakeholder engagements across the assigned territory.
The Strategic Key Accounts Representative IV is responsible for managing strategic healthcare accounts, building executive-level customer relationships, and driving business growth through account planning, portfolio expansion, and commercial execution. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders and customer leadership teams to identify opportunities, develop account-specific strategies, and support achievement of business objectives across assigned accounts.
