- Maintains all outside areas.
- Empties garage trash cans daily.
- Responsible for all landscaped areas including pruning, fertilization, irrigation, and pesticide spraying.
- Moves all casino and office areas (transfiles and equipment, desks, stools, etc.).
- Responsible for all snow and ice removal.
- Responsible for all fleet maintenance cleaning of equipment.
- Responsible for maintenance of dock and surrounding “WaterShore” areas.
- Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills to external and internal guests by displaying Spotlight on Success behaviors and FOCUS skills.
- Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
