Groundsman

King Tree Specialists is looking for a reliable, hard-working Groundsman to join our tree care crew. You’ll work alongside our climbers and crew to safely complete tree removal and pruning jobs.

What You’ll Do

• Help climbers with tree removal and pruning
• Run chainsaws, aerial lifts, skid steers, mini skid steers, stump grinders and other equipment
• Move and clean up branches, logs and debris
• Help with ropes and rigging during tree removal
• Keep tools and equipment clean and ready to use
• Keep job sites safe and clean
• Provide good service to our customers

What We’re Looking For

• Hard worker with a good attitude
• Comfortable working outside in all types of weather
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• A valid Driver’s license is required.
• Tree care experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, generally 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Must be available between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• 40-50 hours per week with overtime available
• Some weekend and storm work may be required
