AI-Powered Associate Capabilities
  • Own a growing portfolio of AI-native products embedded across the associate experience — from the Spark Agent and Walmart+ Next Best Action coaching in MyWalmart, to AI-driven operational tools in Sidekick and store tools
  • Serve as the product gatekeeper for new AI initiatives entering the pipeline for store and club associates — leading reviews and ensuring new capabilities meet the bar for associate impact before progressing to formal scoping
