RoomSketcher makes floor plan and home design software. Estate agents, appraisers, interior designers and people redoing their kitchen use it to draw a plan and see it in 2D and 3D.

We started in 2007 near Oslo, spun out of a company that visualised oil rigs under the sea. More than 10 million people in 170 countries have used RoomSketcher since. There are about 25 of us, we're privately owned, and in 2026 we were named G2's best real estate software on the strength of customer reviews. This year we launched AI Render, which turns a floor plan into a photorealistic image in seconds.

 

The job

You own growth in Sweden, Norway and Denmark; the whole thing, including the number: new users, new B2B users and new subscriptions across all three markets.

Nordic traffic comes mostly through paid search, so this is first a paid job. You run the campaigns yourself across Google, Microsoft and Apple Search Ads — ad copy, creative, keywords, negatives — then work the path from click to sign-up until it converts better. That loop is most of your week. Our performance marketing manager owns platform setup and structure, and we've just started advertising in ChatGPT. The budget isn't fixed: when the returns are there, it grows.

Around it sits the market itself: how we talk to Swedish appraisers and estate agents, where we stand against local alternatives, and three local websites you keep accurate and converting in WordPress. There's plenty to build; Swedish customer stories and local resources are thin today. You write Swedish yourself; Norwegian and Danish are drafted with AI support and checked by native-speaking colleagues. You publish all of it.

 

Being honest about it

It's hands-on, with no people management — "manager" means you own a market, not a team. No agency to hand off to either. If a page underperforms, you rewrite it the same day, without waiting for sign-off.

You'll cover three markets alone, which means real prioritisation. Some weeks Denmark gets less attention than it deserves.

 

What we're looking for

• Native Swedish (Norwegian or Danish also possible), fluent English
• You run paid search accounts yourself today (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or similar) — your hands in the account, not a brief to someone else
• Landing page and conversion work you can walk us through with numbers
• Comfortable working directly in WordPress 
• Experience with a self-serve or freemium funnel 

Useful, not required: estate agency or proptech, B2B SaaS acquisition, a working habit with AI tools.

 

Practical things

• Salary 600,000–800,000 SEK depending on experience
• Laptop and all the subscriptions you need
• Fully Remote from Sweden, Norway or Denmark. We fly you to Oslo 3–4 times a year, plus summer and Christmas gatherings.
