As the channel owner, you will drive strategy and optimization for our large scale direct mail program. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll work closely with teams across Accounting, Strategic Finance, Procurement, Data Science, Operations, and Creative. You will lead the efforts of a cross functional team of marketers, designers, operations specialists and data scientists toward a collective goal of achieving topline targets while maximizing channel ROI. You and your cross functional partners will achieve this through analytical rigor, robust experimentation, operational excellence and ongoing innovation.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • You’ll manage and allocate a significant marketing budget with precision and accountability, collaborating closely with Finance, Accounting and Procurement to align budgets with topline expectations and ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • You’ll use data and best practices to build a strategy and framework to define and prioritize your efforts, analyzing key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI) and adjust your strategies based on data-driven insights,

  • You’ll identify, secure and manage the internal and external resources needed to fully optimize the direct mail channel to build rapid momentum in the growth and evolution of Hinge Health’s acquisition efforts.

  • You’ll monitor and report on campaign performance, insights and tests results to stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • You’ll stay current with trends in direct mail, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to continuously refine acquisition strategies.
