We are currently seeking a Growth & Transformation Manager to own modern factory, automation, and innovation initiatives, production ramp non-recurring engineering  (NRE), partner in supply chain readiness and Lean Management System progression.

As the strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving three key operational thrusts: Transformation & Readiness, Production ramps, and Manufacturing Innovation initiatives. This role exists to build the innovative manufacturing systems, discipline, and performance capability required for the Propulsion Systems Business Unit to scale execution, stabilize processes, and deliver predictable, high‑reliability components at rate. You will partner across Value Streams, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to proactively prepare for demand and elevate the operational excellence of the business.

You will report directly to the Director of Operations and enjoy an on-site, collaborative working environment across the East Aurora and Niagara Falls facilities.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $125,000.00–$175,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
