About this role
Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Countrywide Hospitality, LLC. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome arriving guests, verify registration data, assign rooms, and efficiently process departures.

Brand Ambassador: Anticipate guest needs, provide local recommendations, and deliver the energetic, high-touch service that defines the Aloft brand.

System Management: Utilize the Property Management System to manage reservations, room assignments, and guest billing.

Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction before the end of your shift.

Communication: Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless room readiness and guest service.

Experience: 2 years of hotel Front Desk experience and/or Marriott brand experience is strongly preferred.

System Knowledge: Experience with Stay PMS is strongly preferred.

Flexibility: A strong commitment to open evening scheduling and a 7-day work week availability.

Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a polished presentation, and a passion for hospitality.
