Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Guidewire ClaimCenter applications. As a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Guidewire Application Development:
   • Design, code, test, and deploy Guidewire ClaimCenter applications.
   • Customize and extend ClaimCenter functionalities based on project requirements.
2. Integration:
   • Integrate Guidewire applications with external systems, databases, and APIs.
   • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
3. Configuration and Customization:
   • Configure Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet specific business requirements.
   • Develop custom solutions and plugins to enhance application capabilities.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of Guidewire applications.
   • Collaborate with QA teams to identify and address issues.
5. Documentation:
   • Create and maintain technical documentation for Guidewire configurations, customizations, and integrations.
   • Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements.
6. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
   • Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Guidewire certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in insurance application development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
