We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist to join our Contract Logistics team.
How you create impact
- Own and manage all customer retention activities for a designated portfolio, including reporting, customer training, proactive renewal planning, and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support retention efforts, ensuring alignment with commercial policies and customer expectations.
- Maintain high service performance standards by proactively monitoring customer satisfaction and working with local teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives by leveraging internal resources to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead the implementation and execution of customer engagement programs, including deployment, user training, tool optimization, and ongoing improvement planning.
- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to expand service offerings, supporting business growth through upselling and scope enhancement within existing accounts.
What we would like you to bring
- 2–3 years of experience in Contract Logistics / Customer Success / Contract Management or similar environment
- Strong understanding of Contract Logistics (CL) operations (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in contract lifecycle management, including renewals and negotiations
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management across multiple accounts
- Experience managing MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
- Ability to act as an escalation point, handling conflicts and driving resolution effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive customer insights and retention strategies
- Exposure to multi-vertical industries (Technology, Consumer, Healthcare) is an advantage
- Willingness to travel for monthly warehouse visits (Gurgaon/Delhi)
- Comfortable working in a Pan India customer environment with potential global interactions
