Are you passionate about developing people and helping to keep the renewable energy workforce safe?

We are looking for a motivated and engaging GWO Basic Safety Training Instructor to join our growing team in the Humber Region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the renewable energy sector, delivering industry-leading training that equips personnel with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to work safely in onshore and offshore wind environments.

Whether you already have experience delivering GWO courses or come from a practical operational, emergency response, military, lifting, technical, industrial safety, or training background, we would like to hear from you.

We Offer

As a GWO Instructor, you will join a highly skilled and supportive team dedicated to delivering training that genuinely makes a difference.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based training programmes

  • Develop specialist knowledge across multiple GWO and safety disciplines

  • Work with a diverse range of delegates from the renewable energy industry

  • Travel to training centres and client locations throughout the UK

  • Be supported through ongoing professional development and instructor training

  • Play a key role in preparing personnel to work safely in challenging environments

This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.

We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Essential

  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)

  • Experience delivering practical training, coaching, or instruction

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to travel when required
