What you'll do
- Perform routine and extensive preventative/reactive maintenance, and painting/decoration/general fixes of rooms and communal areas.
- Carry out in high standard repairs and maintenance to the building, its facilities, infrastructure, and equipment including plumbing, joinery, electrical, painting, tiling, resealing.
- Performing preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.
- Undertake fundamental Health & Safety checks as required, and maintain records accordingly.
- Managing the building PPM.
- To adhere to safety regulations, company policy, and company standards.
- Daily/weekly building checklists including all public areas and all plant rooms.
- Weekly Fire alarm testing.
- Cleaning and inspecting boiler/plant machinery.
- Report all works to the Maintenance Manager.
- Dealing with guest requests daily.
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests as required

Our client is looking to fill a permanent Handyman job. Working in a luxury serviced apartment block based near Kilburn Park, London. Salary between £28k and £30k, M-F 9-5.
