Handyman

Permanent Handyman job for a leading property developer based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Salary up to £30k pa, hours M-F 8am-4.30pm. Working at various properties in the Hertfordshire area. JOB DUTIES The Handyman job will involve General building repairs, installations and caretaker jobs. Perform basic electrical works such as replacing light switches and bulbs. Plumbing jobs including unblocking sinks and toilets, changing taps and showerheads. Painting, decorating and carpentry works. Remove any waste items in communal bins and perform other ad-hoc jobs where necessary. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideally applicants for the Handyman job will have knowledge of basic maintenance. The will be able to work alone and within a team. Previous experience working in a similar job role, the Handyman will be self motivated, have a can do attitude and have good communication skills. A CSCS card and driving licence will be required and own tools. JOB LOCATION The Handyman job is working in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire and will cover locations in Hertfordshire.
