Handyman job Oxford Street, London. £16 p/h Mon - Fri 8.30 - 5 Blade Recruitment is currently trying to fill a temp Handyman job for a 5 star hotel based in Oxford Street, London. The pay rate will be up to £16 per hour, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. The Handyman job is temporary ongoing and could lead to a permanent position. Job Duties The Handyman job will involve the following: Preventative planned maintenance and reactive maintenance of plant & equipment throughout the hotel. Basic maintenance on HVAC, electrical, general plumbing and hot and cold water supply. The Handyman job role will be responsible for minor repairs to the building fabric, furnishing, decorative finishes and fittings. Job Requirements Ideally the candidate for the Handyman job will have previous experience working in a hotel environment in a similar handyman job role or building maintenance of a commercial building. Have good experience with maintenance of HVAC, electrical and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate for the Handyman job will be well presented and have excellent communication skills. Job Location The Handyman job is based near Marble Arch Station, London W1C 1LX Job Offer The Handyman job is temporary Pay up to £16.00 p/h Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm Position could lead into a permanent job role.
