What you'll do
- Assist the country facilities lead to deliver the professional services meeting the Client business needs and contribute to the success of the account strategies
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for facility management and maintenance activities
- Conduct daily site inspections of all facility areas, including ceiling, floors, walls, windows, doors, office interiors, fire protection systems, Lab and server rooms, furniture and equipment
- Coordinate general repair works and provide escort service
- Perform immediate handyman services to ensure a safe, clean, and functional workplace
- Manage storage facilities and key systems
- Support JLL EHS pre-work approval (CWA)
- Respond to facility related emergency alarms and incidents
- Provide Weekend & After-hours Office site support and back up for reception desk as required
- Manage help-desk requests and provide technical troubleshooting support
- Support on-site events including conference room set up and logistics
- Provide on-site support for office construction project and the installation of new equipment

- Business level English writing/communication skills are required

What this job involves:
The Handyman will undertake administrative duties that will include but not be limited to:
General Support
- Assist the country facilities lead to deliver the professional services meeting the Client business needs and contribute to the success of the account strategies
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for facility management and maintenance activities
Office Maintenance & Operation
- Conduct daily site inspections of all facility areas, including ceiling, floors, walls, windows, doors, office interiors, fire protection systems, Lab and server rooms, furniture and equipment
- Coordinate general repair works and provide escort service
