Happiness & Wellness Specialist (SDQ)

Position Summary:

As a Happiness and Wellness Specialist, you will play a crucial role within the department, since it's an integral part of  Human Resources. This role involves hands-on support and execution of our Happiness and Wellness programs. You will work closely with the Happiness and Wellness’ Sr. Team Lead as they will be carrying out the overall well-being of the employees at Horatio. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Host - Hosting the first-day orientation for new hires. 
• Meal Benefit Specialist- handling meal ticket cancellations, QR-code scanning, and assistance with the Meal Benefit Report. 
• Well-being Programs Specialist - support with the department’s programs. Carrying through and handling the department’s activities. Assist our Psychologist team’s activities and lectures. Ensuring the department’s Trackers are up to date. 
• Company’s Clubs Specialist - assistance with our sports clubs programs. Execution of Sports Clubs’ activities. 
• Internal Communications - sending departmental communications through company channels. 
• General Support - assistance with our gym activities, sub-contractors, general assistance through company channels. 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Advanced English proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
• Strong-willed (you get things done) but also kind-hearted (you’re empathetic and easy to work with)
• Tech-savvy (you are equally versed in MS Office, Google Suite, and Slack; you know how to troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and internet connections)

Education and Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Student or Bachelor degree in Tourism, Industrial Psychology, Clinical Psychology or similar careers.
