Summary Description:

Based out of Haridwar, the Business HR Lead will act as the trusted HR partner to business leaders, driving people strategy and enabling business outcomes across manufacturing operations. The incumbent will play a critical role in organizational capability initiatives, driving workforce expansion, implementing people processes, and ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce. The role demands strong stakeholder management, manufacturing HR expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic growth environments.

About the role:

The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing a great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
